 New IP Pitch:

A World where bodies decompose and fall apart - due to radiation? - unknown cause ?
Jason hears of a circus in which there is a (biological eternal heart?) that cures / prevents decomposition, all the circus members seem to be unaffected by the radiation.
Jason goes on a quest to the circus to take the item to bring back and heal his village.
Once Jason steals the fleece, the members of the circus rapidly start mutating and decomposing (becoming mutated circus freaks)
The golden fleece was making them stronger and was giving them immunity
Jason did not know that taking the fleece would cause a reverse effect on the circus members and harm them.
Jason gets attacked and has to flee. Maybe the ''golden fleece could be some sort of magic source that helps prevent decomposition and empower the bearer.

The circus is only reserved for the richest of the land.

Setting:
Post apo,
Muted, gloomy vs bright colorful circus I would want to mix in a culture with the circus to make it a unique take.

Media

A circus member that hears that the outside world is suffering and decides to help jason in his quest to steal the fleece.
-She is the dancer or acrobat of the circus

Old abandoned circus field littered with carnival props
giant mutated circus freaks

Amulet The amulet could be the entry ticket or object jason needs to get in the circus
