JACK'S HOMETOWN —
Jack is from a nondescript metropolis on the west coast; a city that has seen an exponential rise in spirits entering the mortal world over the last few decades. This is in part due to the city's location on a ley lines intersection, as well as the Veil's natural weakening over time.
